Kualifikasi:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
  2. Required skill(s): sales, engineer, engineering, sales engineering.
  3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  4. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  5. Applicants must be willing to work in cilacap
  6. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - 
  7. Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
  8. Full-Time position(s) available.
Tanggungjawab Kerja:
  1. Meet and/ or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly team sales targets.
    Select, manage, and develop a high performing team of call center team leaders and sales representatives.
  2. Develop and implement high caliber individual sales and career development plans for all team members.
  3. Monitor, analyze and take accountability for performance affecting improvements in sales/revenue growth, sales productivity, sales quality and optimization of customer satisfaction.
  4. Effectively coach and develop a high performing team of call center sales representatives.
  5. Manage responsibility for each member of the team to exceed goals in all sales targets.
  6. Provide sales training and on-going mentoring to staff both real time and through monitoring phone calls.
  7. Meet regularly with Sales Manager and provide detailed reporting on the overall performance of the team.
  8. Work individually with Sales Reps to educate them on the Customer-Focused Selling model.
  9. Outline and deliver performance improvement plans and year end performance reviews to Sales representatives.
  10. Monitor and track adherence to productivity, attendance, daily expectations and provide feedback.
  11. Review daily reports to diagnose excellence and areas of improvement that affect individual and team performance.
  12. Ensure all contracts/paperwork are completed and returned accurately and in a timely manner.
  13. To assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.

  15. Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Sales Manager.
    Supervise Sales Representatives.
